Employee Value Proposition Campaign | 2022-present

Zoetis, the world's largest animal health pharmaceutical company, tasked us to develop a strategic communications platform to translate Zoetis’ EVP internally and externally, improve brand recognition, and facilitate talent acquisition across markets and verticals.

As Account Director, I oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including the strategic communications of Zoetis' EVP, prospective talent acquisition pilots at three domestic manufacturing and R&D sites, and global photo/video shoots culminating in a short, Telly Award-nominated documentary video, as shown here.
